How to Return an Item

 

Registered users 

We make it easy for you to request a return. Please , use the request return feature to select the items you wish to return and we'll send you a return authorization from support@tacotools.com . Or call Taco tools 1(800) 524-2109‬ for a return authorization. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product (machinery not included) for any reason within 30 days of purchase date, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money if item is not used. All returned merchandise must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

  3. Original packing slip.

  4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

  5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise (Must have return authorization): If you receive an item that is considered defective by the manufacturer, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse, Taco Tools will exchange a defective item for a replacement item, or issue a refund upon return of defective merchandise. Taco Tools will reimburse you for original ground shipping expenses. 

Non-defective merchandise (Must have return authorization): If you decide to return an item that is not defective, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse Taco Tools will process the request, apply the return costs and restocking fee, and once merchandise is returned, we will provide a refund for a non-defective item. Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 35% of the purchase price and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
