Overview
The Cantek MX350 Automatic Edgebander with Premilling is a compact, durable edgebander offered at an affordable price. It is equipped with premilling, end trimming, flush trimming, PVC scraping, and buffing, with user-friendly controls allowing efficient changeovers of edge tape thicknesses between 0.4mm and 3mm.

- PLC control system with LED display and keypad; glue temperature settings and individually selectable units
- Heavy-duty chain feeder with drive rollers that won't scratch the work-piece surface
- Edge coil support plate: Ø 800mm (31½″), for PVC/ABS, with automatic edge feeding for 0.4–3mm coiled material
- Coiled edge bands up to 3mm thick cut by guillotine shears
- 1.2 kg Teflon-coated glue pot for EVA hot-melt glue, roller-applied with adjustable glue amount
- Spring-loaded pressure roller unit with quick-setup adjustment for a consistent edge-to-panel bond
- Pre-milling unit with (2) counter rotating diamond cutterheads, removing up to 3mm to clean up poorly cut panel edges before taping
- High frequency 12000 RPM end trimming unit on precision linear bearings with Ø100mm (4″) TC-Saw blades
- High frequency 12000 RPM top & bottom trimming unit, adjustable from flush to beveled finish with 2mm radius tooling for thicker edges
- Radius scraping unit fine-tunes edge radius and removes milling marks on 2mm & 3mm edging
- 3000 RPM top & bottom buffing units for a super finish on ABS/PVC edging, removing discoloration
- Heavy duty pressure beam with extendable work-piece support
- Heated infeed fence for pre-heating the panel for optimum glue penetration
- Panel thickness adjustment by handwheel with digital readout
