Overview
The Cantek MX380PRO Automatic Edgebander is a full-featured production edgebander built around a touch screen interface that lets the operator switch between flush trim, chamfer, and radius trim right from the control panel. Three-position pneumatic RAPID changeover moves between 0.5mm, 1mm, and 2mm edge thickness without manual resetting, while on-screen diagnostics and automatic temperature control simplify day-to-day operation. Premilling, end trimming, top/bottom trimming, corner rounding, radius scraping, buffing, and release/cleaning agent spray stations are all built in for a finished edge in a single pass.

- Three-position pneumatic RAPID changeover (0.5mm / 1mm / 2mm) selectable from the control panel
- Multi-radius scrapers apply a 1mm or 2mm radius to the top and bottom of the panel
- Quick-change corner rounding motor for fast changeover between 1mm and 2mm end radius
- Automatic edge feeding, 0.4–2mm thickness capacity; strip material can be hand-fed
- Conveyor chain feed system for reliable results
- Teflon-coated quick-change hot-melt glue pot
- Heated infeed fence for pre-heating the panel for optimum glue penetration
- (2) counter-rotating diamond premilling cutterheads remove up to 2mm of the panel edge before taping
- High-frequency 12000 RPM end-trim motor mounted on high-precision linear guide rails
- Dedicated buffing unit leaves a super finish on ABS and PVC edging
- Release agent and cleaning agent spray units for clean, simple glue removal
