Overview

The Cantek C12RSH Glue Line Ripsaw is a single-blade ripsaw built to save time and speed up production in glue-up and ripping operations, geared toward shops that need increased ripping efficiency but can't justify a multi-blade ripsaw. Its precision cast iron chain and track assembly, with an extended pressure section, produces a glue joint finish ready for panel glue-up right out of the saw.

• Precision-built saw arbor in nickel-chrome steel, large diameter, accurately ground and dynamically balanced
• Arbor runs in precision angular contact ball bearings, eliminating radial run-out & axial thrust, V-belt driven from below
• Mechanical chain oiler provides consistent lubrication and automatically adjusts to feed speed, with a low-oil warning light and automatic track stop
• Cast iron rip fence mounted to a large diameter round guide rail with a quick-locking lever for effortless, accurate adjustment
• 3 sets of anti-kickback fingers (2 top, 1 in table) for added operator safety
• Soft start Star Delta starter reduces amp draw on startup
• Optional laser light to project the cutting line for maximum material yield
