Overview
The Cantek CFS100 Automatic Defect Cutoff Chop Saw is an automated crosscut saw that delivers 3 to 5 times higher production than a manual cutoff saw. It scans for defects marked with a fluorescent crayon and cuts them out automatically, with fixed, sequential, and defect cutting modes, a powerful 10 HP motor, and an 18” blade that handles stock from 11.8”(w) x 2.75”(t) up to 5.9”(w) x 3.9”(t). An optional feature cuts material as thin as 0.078” (2mm) for engineered flooring lamellas, and for flooring companies it can be combined in-line with Cantek's EM12 End Matcher for a complete defecting and end-matching solution.
