Overview
The Cantek LBS300-5S 3-Sided Lineal Brush Sander is an economical sanding and de-nibbing solution for linear profiles like mouldings and flooring. It handles white wood sanding and sealer sanding of linear parts such as mouldings, flooring, furniture components, and window parts, and works well as a standalone unit or as part of a finishing line.

- Sands linear profiled wood on three sides
- Brushing heads combine abrasive cloth strips and cleaning brushes to access profiled components
- Suited to mouldings, skirting, architrave, and flooring in MDF, hardwoods, and softwoods, including paint, sealer, and lacquer sanding
- Heavy steel-plate main frame, ribbed to minimize vibration and deflection
- Centralized, color-coded control panel for simple setup and operation
- Variable speed adjustment by inverter (VFD) to all brush sanding heads (200-1200 RPM)
- (2) top brushing sanding heads with handwheel height adjustment, settable on an angle for bevel siding and angled mouldings
- Left and right side brush sanding heads adjustable up/down, in/out, and on an angle
- Additional left side sanding head adjustable up/down, in/out, and on an angle
- Top press rolls with handwheel height adjustment
- Dovetail pocket design for easy abrasive/brush replacement
