Especially developed for universal application, this profitable Format4CNC all-rounder convinces with top precision and impressive productivity when processing different materials.
Due to the smart zoning vacuum control, the vacuum zones can be switched to either fully automatic or manual control and activated based on the workpiece size. Furthermore, the areas 1 to 5 can be used to place and process individual parts of variable sizes.

Precise Nesting
Nesting machining center featuring a solid, vibration-optimized machine frame. The electro-welded steel construction, with its specially designed ribbing, ensures exceptional stability and minimizes vibrations even at high processing speeds.

This results in consistently precise routing patterns, high process reliability, and reproducible results – the foundation for powerful and durable nesting operations in industrial applications.

Portal design with "gantry" drive system 
The dual side driven portal design (‘gantry’) guarantees maximum precision and repeatability of your machining operations.
The rack and pinion drive in the X and Y direction ensures maximum traverse speeds for the shortest processing times and tool changing times

Smart Zoning 
The machine's Smart Zoning feature enables fast processing of multiple panel formats ranging from 3090 mm x 1530 mm 5"x10" to 2500 mm x 1250 mm 4"x8". It is possible to quickly change from one panel format to another.

Moulder spindle
With a motor power of 9 kW and up to 24,000 rpm, the main motor is controlled using an inverter and is attached directly to the Z axis. Dual linear guides guarantee highly precise vertical guiding. The main motor is positioned using ground ball screws. The HSK F63 tool clamping is done automatically. The clamping of the tool is checked using sensors, which then confirm that it is safe to start the operation. The tool holder is cleaned pneumatically.

The 13 position linear tool changer ensures quick changeover times, minimises compressed air usage and offers more than adequate space for tools.

Automatic Tool Length Measurement System
The tool length is measured precisely and fully automatically on the machine. The value determined is automatically stored and transferred to the F4Toolbox tool database. Cylindrical routing cutters up to Ø 80 mm can be measured.

Automatic centralised lubrication unit 
Grease is pneumatically delivered to the lubrication points of the X, Y and Z axes at controlled intervals, as specified in the machine control system. The integrated progressive distributor ensures constant grease quantities and prevents excessive lubrication of the bearings.

Z-axis clearance 330 mm
With a clearance of 330 mm, the profit 60 NZ nesting machining center offers exceptional flexibility in woodworking. This allows even particularly high workpieces or complex components to be machined precisely and efficiently. The generous Z-clearance height of 330 mm significantly expands the range of applications and enables demanding machining processes in a single work step.
