Overview
The Freud 1/4" Radius Cove Bit 30-102 is a carbide-tipped router bit with a 1/4" shank that routs a classic concave edge for furniture and millwork. Also called a "core box" bit, it creates clean, smooth decorative edges and concave shapes. A shear angle slices wood similar to a hand plane, reducing the chance of tearing or splintering in figured grain. It cuts hard and soft wood, plywood, and composites in hand-held or table-mounted routers.

- Classic shape for edges on furniture and millwork
