Overview
The Freud 1/8" (Dia.) Down Spiral Bit 76-100 is a 2-flute solid carbide down spiral router bit for grooves, dadoes and through-cuts in single-sided veneers and laminates. It has a 1/4" shank and is a great choice where chip removal is not a problem, or for through-cuts where finish quality on the top surface is the primary consideration. It also cuts well in solid wood and is ideal for use in CNC routers; in hand-held or table-mounted routers, use care to keep the router and workpiece under control.
