The Freud 1/8" (Dia.) O-Flute Up Spiral Bit (Soft Plastics) 73-762 is a solid carbide O-flute up spiral router bit that gives clean, melt-free cuts in a wide variety of plastics with fast chip clearance. It has a 1/4" shank and is designed for smooth finishes on solid surface and plastics such as ABS, UHMW, acrylic, nylon and polycarbonate. The up shear design delivers the best cut quality on the bottom surface, and the bit can be used in any CNC, hand-held or table-mounted router. Always make multiple passes for deep cuts in hard materials.
