Overview
The Freud 3-1/2" Quadra-Cut (Dia.) Raised Panel Bit w/Backcutters 99-566 is a router bit with a 1/2" shank and 5/32" minor height for routing 3/4"-thick panels that sit flush with the doorframe. Its backcutter routs a rabbet on the back of the door panel for a professional, architecturally correct appearance, and shims allow tongue thickness adjustment from 7/32" to 1/4". The Quadra-Cut™ design delivers a flawless finish, and the bit is for table-mounted routers with a fence only, on hardwood, softwood or composite panels.
