Our Zone 2 Extended Florida Service provides dependable on-site technical support for locations between one and four hours away. This flat service fee includes travel and up to four hours of on-site labor to diagnose, repair, and optimize your woodworking machinery.

If additional time is required, labor is billed at $150 per hour in 30-minute increments. This ensures transparent pricing while giving your business the flexibility and professional support needed to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

In-stock and in-store products ship the same day. Dropship items that are stocked usually ship same day or the next day. For products that are out of stock, shipping times may vary. We’re here to help if you have any questions about your order or delivery status.
